Bug description: When i pick the quest in order to unlock the KulTirans for alliance, i reach to the final quest, but i fell off from the ship. When i try to get over the ship, the screen turns black, but nothing happend, i am still on the water.
Since this happend, i see no mobs or npc on Stormsongvalley.

Abandon the quest and unstuck your char to clear out phasing issues. Pick up the quest again and use the small boat to reach the ship. If you're unable to see the boat create a ticket in-game and ask a GM to teleport you up there.
