WoW not launching

sup, just finished downloading and tried to launch the game and it did absolutely nothing, the process is active in background as this guy https://forum.wow-freakz.com/WoW-Legion-won-t-Launch-appears-in-Background-Proc-t458292.html mentioned, however i've tried launching it as windows 7 still nothing, any idea what this could be?

*UPDATE*

The issue was fixed by downloading the latest launcher, i advice everyone who downloaded with TORRENT to do the same
