World Boss vs loot spec

Character name: Felreaper

Bug description: World bosses aren't legacy content and thus are supposed to drop loot according to class and specialization, however yesterday this boss which was supposed to drop a conduit for my class dropped this useless transmog item which isn't in his loot table according to Wowhead, can't even be equipped (it's a staff) and isn't supposed to drop for my class (according to the database).
