World Event - Hallow's End

Following the last year's topic, please post any encountered issues regarding Hallow's End in the proper format

REMEMBER SOME FIXES ARE LIVE ONLY AFTER A RESTART

NPC's:
[PENDING]Horseman encounter should be started from the Pumpkin Shrine.
[PENDING]Horseman head has Air Elemental NPC skin.
[FIXED]Hired Courier is in the water.

Items:
[PENDING]Water Bucket Extra Button isn't showed everytime you get it

Achievements:

Quests:
[PENDING]Missing Heirlooms cannot be turned in at the Hired Courier.
[PENDING]A Time To Build Up has missing bonfire and wickerman and cannot be completed.
[PENDING]Fire Training can be completed just spamming Water Bucket
[PENDING]Fire Brigade Practice can be completed just spamming Water Bucket
[PENDING]"Let the Fires Come!" quest is autocomplete for both factions
[PENDING]Clean Up in Undercity quest can be completed just spamming Arcane Cleanser in Undercity
[PENDING]Clean Up in Stormwind quest can be completed just spamming Arcane Cleanser in Stormwind
[PENDING]Smash the Pumpkin quest doesn't give Crudely Wrapped Gift as reward for both factions
[PENDING]Stop the Fires! quest is autocomplete for both factions
[PENDING]Stink Bombs Away! quest is autocomplete for both factions
[PENDING]A time to lose - using the item next to the Horde Wickerman - invalid target.

Other:
[FIXED]Candy Bucket: Orgrimmar is under the ground.
[PENDING]Death Knights cannot enter solo in the dungeon, they get ported instead to a class hall scenario

Bug description: Courier is at the bottom of the sea and can't complete quest when talking to him

Bug description: There should be a bonfire and a wickerman near npc quest giver, and there is none so can't complete

Bug description: 1) Horseman's fight should be start by summoning him from a Pumpkin in front of the grave on the left.
2) Horseman's head have a skin of Elemental Air NPC and can be oneshotted(about 500k hp)
3) Sometimes when you don't kill his head(elemental air npc on freakz) he get stuck in recharging HP phase.

DK's can't farm the mount.
When I try to enter the dungeon I get ported in a class hall Scenario (I have done it long time ago)

I can confirm this problem. If you've already started that part of Class Hall's Scenario it will never end making you unable to do Scarlet Monastery dungeon.

Anyone knows why Darkcaller Yanka in Undercity is giving me twice the quest a Time to Destroy rather than A time to Destroy and a Time to Build up ?

I cant get the mission A time to build up because the npc gives 2x A time to break down.
