Horde version is actually already working, restart was not necessery.

There are several quests named Crushing the crown, i just hope that you posted the right quest ID. We'll see after restart.

I don't know if there was a restart but still no available quest for me lvl 110.

Because Blizz makes virtually all parts of all events doable for anyone so that people just joining and still not max level can participate or people who seek to twink or otherwise not be max level can do a lot. If you check out the level limits for each quest type you'll see how it works.

I have the same problem as an alliance.

Crushing the Crown Horde version work. It seem still bugged with Alliance side.

Many ppl can only play weekends and last weekend the Achievement was not obtainable, so I hope the event will be extended?
