Have in mind fact that only killing mobs or players which grant you EXP or honor can give you Lovely Charm and it has only 33% chance to be created after kill, farming low level mobs won't give you anything(Thanks to Akarg for this info).

Looks like accepting quest which gives you Lovely Charm Collector's Kit while being mounted bugs out the mechanic and you won't be able to collect Lovely Charm. Happened to me on 2 chars already, in case someone will wonder why it's not dropping, just abandon quest, dismount and take it again.¹

Varian no longer exists for people who go to the Broken Isles (98+). Read http://www.wowhead.com/quest=24597/a-gift-for-the-king-of-stormwind#comments the turn-in accounts for Varian or Anduin depending on level.

7.3.5 currently has issues right now but the only fix comes from a quest that doesn't appear until 7.2.

They just need to make Anduin a turn-in possibility as well as Varian.

e: I just check on a level 10, Varian stands at the throne instead of Anduin. It's a phasing issue.

I'm not sure if the devs want to bother with it if that's the case but if they do, as of now a single person can deploy the toy (Romantic Picnic Basket), click the basket and get the achievement. The basket seems to disappear on one use (this shouldn't happen), the player sits (this works), and then another player must use the basket and sit as well. Then the player that wants the achievement must consume a Buttermilk Delight to get the achieve.

Like I said, it works but not correctly so I don't know. Although they should fix the toy if they can and make it so the basket doesn't disappear so others can use it and sit with you.

Fixed most of the bugs (and the remaining of bugged achievements) few bugs remaining (quests and loot issues posted, some DB dev will hopefully take care of those too)

Bug Description; Drop rate is not 100% and for the incorrect bosses.

How it should work as stated by the #1 comment for the achievement(Along with being confirmed for later patches up to 7.3.5);

The bouquets will only drop from a few bosses, who are situated in Cataclysm dungeons. These bosses are Drahga Shadowburner in Grim Batol (third boss); Corla, Herald of Twilight in Blackrock Caverns (second boss); High Priestess Azil in Stonecore (final boss); Admiral Ripsnarl in Deadmines (fourth boss); and Lord Godfrey in Shadowfang Keep (final boss).

The items will not drop from any other bosses in these instances, nor any bosses in other instances except those mentioned below. The items will drop on both Normal and Heroic modes (though just Heroic mode for Admiral Ripsnarl and Lord Godfrey), and the drop chance is 100% (Guaranteed). The items may also drop from certain bosses in Hour of Twilight dungeons, however these are not a guaranteed drop chance, unlike the drops in the "standard" dungeons. From the data collected so far, the following bosses can drop the flowers: Queen Azshara in Well of Eternity (second boss); Asira Dawnslayer in Hour of Twilight (second boss); Echo of Sylvanas and Echo of Jaina, in End Time.

The chain quest is now stopped at Hot On The Trail.

Confirm, Something Stinks is now fixed, but the chain stops at Snivel's Sweetheart, next quest aka Hot On The Trail is not available.

EDIT: As it was said by some players, quest is completable on lower levels. For 110lvl players there's only grey "!" above NPCs head. The problem could be the lvl requirement for the quest which is 1-90 as we can see in database.
