[World Quests] Sometimes count twice when you complete it!

Bug description: Sometimes world quests will give you 2 times the world quest credit instead of 1

I can confirm this.

I am not sure if its a bug, but basically every "wanted:" quest has a chance to occur as rare (blue text) quest.
If at the same time the quest spawns as normal version too there it counts twice.
This happens for quests that have this "always there" factor.

For example this quests shown as rare will 90% of time count twice:
[WANTED: Sanaar]
[WANTED: Mal'Dreth the Corruptor]
[WANTED: Lieutenant Strathmar]
[WANTED: Siegemaster Aedrin]
[WANTED: Broodmother Shu'malis]
[WANTED: Hertha Grimdottir]
[WANTED: Warbringer Mox'na]
[WANTED: Urgev the Flayer]
[WANTED: Isel the Hammer]
[WANTED: Nameless King]
...
