Bug description: When you enter a world quest area, it sometimes grants you two quests and that way you get multiple rewards. There's also some WQ that pops randomly while you travel despite not being displayed on the map nor active in the WQ tracklist on website. It would be broken with class hall upgrades like the warrior's one that calls a Val'kyr to end all non-elite WQs.
