Would race and/or faction change be ok?

Ye just like the topic says! I know this may cause problems with racials, spells etc. But I think it would be really good to implement. Maybe youll have to pay for it or us vote points im not sure. Leave a comment saying ur opinion on this matter. Both positive and negative comments are welcome once you can back it up. Thanks. Javix.
