Wrong droprate for Reins of the Drake of the South

Bug description: I reported the droprate being wrong once, and it got fixed, but only for the 25hc, which is still bugged. The other instances such as 25 / 10 nm and 10 hc didnt get fixed. the droprate is too low on Wowfreakz compared to retaill.
