XP rate dropping the higher level I reach

If I have understod right the Default XP rate is 10x And the higher my level is the less XP rate I get. I'm just wondering why it's like this and if it's possible to change it...

You've understood it correctly.

1-90 is 10x.

90-100 is 7x.

100-110 is 3x.

These are settings set by the server and it's not possible to put it back up, you can only further it down.
