Bug description: When going through the Umbric portal and using Grong, there is no action bar to use Grong's moves (just my own action bar). I have tried to abandon and retry the quest several times. Also, since Grong's action bar is not there, you cannot dismount or leave with hearthstone.

It was happening even when going into the battle but today as soon as I went through the umbric portal I got the action bar right away. Thank you though!

This is happening because of an attempt to start the quest with an already summoned pet.
Starting the quest without a pet should resolve it until it's corrected.
