accepted quest share and got ban

Hi.i was in a group to end time and one of the group member was in tolbarad doing quest and het got a quest as usual when some one in same group accept a quest it will share for other group member too so i got it and bam in like 30 sec i got ban.
i accepted that quest unknowingly i didnt know that was exploits.so i was wondering if i can get my account out of ban.
