Buna ziua, am si eu o problema in urma cu 2-3 ani m-am lasat de wow si as vrea sa revin sa joc dar am o problema nu mai am nici un carcter pe cont si nici itemele donte nu mai sunt putin ajutor stiu ca aveam un prist Tinkerbell un Monk si un warrior Deerund daca nu ma insel

@Denim poate reuseste sa verifice mai in detaliu contul tau.
Daca e de acum 2-3 ani, atunci caracterele ar trebui sa fi ramas. Singura data cand s-au sters caracterele a fost in tranzitia de pe MoP pe Legion, in care daca nu ai fost activ ai pierdut cam tot si nu se poate recupera.
Esti sigur ca ai jucat pe Legion pe acele chare?

In 2017 a fost lansat legion si atunci trebuia sa faci cerere de transfer a caracterelor, daca nu ai jucat in perioada aia, ai pierdut caracterele.

Nu se mai poate recupera de mult timp. A fost perioada de transfer cam un an de zile. Acum, poti doar sa folosesti boost-ul in-game de 110 pe un character ca sa iti usureze playing-ul.
Imi pare rau, dar nu exista posibilitatea de a recupera nimic de atunci, intrucat baza de date nu mai exista.
