Salut , mai nou merg si eu la sala de o saptamana si as dorii niste sfaturi cum sa-mi contruiesc si eu un program zilnic.
M-am uitat pe niste siteuri unde unii ziceau ca se incepe cu o ora de cardio respectiv banda/bicicleta apoi se lucreaza muscii,pe cand pe alte siteuri zice exact invers ca trb sa lucrezi muschii apoi faci cardio As dorii sa aud parerile voastre celor care mergeti la sala.
Si daca se poate un mic program zilnic,si cu ce aparate folositi, pe care il aveti voi si va merge bn.

Si eu merg la sala tot de o saptamana, iau creatina si proteine.
Antrenorul ma pune sa lucrez pe grupe muschii:
Ziua 1 - Piept + abdomen
Ziua 2 - Biceps + triceps
Ziua 3 - Picioare + spate
Le mai amesteca el, dar in mare cam asta e programul.
Sfatul meu, daca esti la inceput, i-ati abonament cu antrenor inclus, ca sa stii cum/cat/cand sa faci.

Cardio inainte de tras de fiare , cel putin asa faceam eu inainte la sala unde mergeam inainte (acum ma duc la una unde nu are sala de cardio etc..) nu ma vad pe mine dupa ce am tras o ora jumate de fiare sa mai alerg pe banda sau pe bicicleta Sigh la aparate..nu prea fac multe...ma axez mai mult pe bari , gantere etc...

Ar trebuii sa urmez si o alimentatie mai specifica ?deoarece eu as dorii sa se vada niste skimbari dupa vreo 2 luni.
Adica sa mananc cv cat mai mult sau sa evit sa mananc cv ?

- cum adica phozo ? fara dulciuri paine ? cand ducliurile cum ar fi ciocolata contine foarte multe proteine si carbohidrati...care astea 2 sunt foarte esentiale in alimentatia unui sportiv.

@Gigelu , daca esti mai slabut manaca oua ..cum le vrei , ochiuri , omleta , fierte etc.. orez , cartofi (nu prajiti , copti sau la cuptor) in general paste , carne de pui , vita , curcan sunt foarte bune si au multe proteine , lapte , branza , ciocolata (vezi ca sunt acele batoane proteinice , nu te ajuta foarte mult , adica nu se compara cu pastilele , ceea ce nu-ti recomand sa iei , sau shake-urile cu proteine care sunt foarte bune , adica se vad destul de repede schimbari...si iar...nu vreau sa fac reclama proasta , dar produsele de la Redis...nu sunt bune mai de nimic Sigh). Vezi si tu cauta informatii pe siteuri dastea de profil...o sa te miri de cate o sa gasesti..

Normal ca nu mananci ciocolata ca melteanu ca dai in diabet , dar nu spune ca "fara ciocolata" sau "fara paine" ca si painea ingrasa.

Eu fac antrenamentul pe grupe de muschi. Piept-abdomen , spate-trapez , brate (biceps-triceps-antebrat) , picioare (pulpa-gamba) si lovituri la sacu de box.

Se vede dupa abdomenul tau ca faci sala.


Daca esti incepator e bine sa faci un abonament cu antrenor inclus cum a zis userul de mai sus , altfel o sa tragi degeaba de fiare.

Nu e nevoie ...doar daca esti chiar novice si nu stii sa lucrezi la aparate...chiar si asa..in prima saptamana le inveti cum sa le folosesti corect si ce grupa de muschi lucreaza fiecare si dupa nu-ti trebuie un antrenor sa stea dupa tine..

Cea mai buna cale prin care poti sa faci muschi este sa faci exercitii care iti solicita mai multi muschi....de exemplu: Chin ups ( https://youtube.com/watch?v=uz-SW04cMOc:

La acel exercitiu iti folosesti spatele si bicepsu.Mai multe exemple de astfel de exercitii aici : http://www.2buildmusclefast.com/p/compound-exercises-to-build-muscle-fast.html ( in josul paginii).Eu as zice sa faci luni piept triceps marti spate biceps miercuri pauza joi picioare si umeri si cel mai bine e sa faci cardio dupa ce ti-ai facut antrenamentul.

Dupa cate stiu eu la acel tip de exercitii trebuie sa ai picioarele perfect intinse,nu incrucisate sau indoite...de altfel trebuie sa te lasi pana jos,adica sa ai bratele intinse apoi sa te ridici pana la nivelul barbiei

@kilik , nu e adevarat.Picioarele le indoi ca sa nu atingi pamantul.Also , tipul asta de exerciti e usor...daca le faci cu palmele invers sunt mai grele.+ ca-ti lucreaza mai bine muschii. E bine sa bagi serii diferite .O serie pe fata, si una pe spate.

Ai zapada la tine acolo ? Ia o lopata si punte la dezapezit strazi ... Cu asta iti intaresti muschi de la maini si spate. (Ai grija sa nu te cososezi).

Ceva pentru tine special:

Flotari
Abdomene
Alergat

Mancare : Fructe,legume,carne (exclus porcul) + cateva ceaiuri cu proteine multe. Eu asta ti-as recomanda, ca simplu amator dar daca vrei sa faci cu adevarat performante i-ati un antrenor 2-3 luni pana inveti cum sta treaba apoi poti face si singur. Oricum rezultatele le vezi pe durata lunga.
