battle pets: daily quests not available can't get achievement- the longest day

Bug description: The battle pet daily quests on a lot of the trainer/tamer/battle masters are not available. This means that the achievement "the longest day" cannot be done.


More info:
I did the initial quests when I first started leveling my pets but it appears that the quests are not resetting daily like they are supposed to on a lot of the trainers (etc.). I have checked many on Kalimdor and quite a few on Eastern Kingdoms. I have not checked ALL the tamers in the list yet but am happy to if you feel it is necessary.

I have check the achievement for each of my toons and there are only 3 that are staying checked as completed.
I had Taming Kalimdor, Taming Northrend, Taming Pandaria, and today went back and completed Taming Eastern Kingdoms, Taming Outlands and Taming Cataclysm, to get the Taming Azeroth achievement.

When I did the quest for the last trainer on the Eastern Kingdom achievement and Cataclysm achievement it triggered them to be marked off on all toons (as it should because battle pet achievements are account wide), but I went to several other tamers (from the longest day list) and no daily quests were available on the Eastern Kingdom also.

It appears that the quests are marking off on the first time you do them but then expire daily as the achievement was originally written. BUT the daily quests are not appearing meaning that the reward from Taming Kalimdor, Taming Eastern Kingdoms, is not triggering (and probably the Cataclysim Outland, and Northrend ones also).

As of patch 6.1 it should no longer need to be completed in a single day (as it originally was when first released) although I would be ok if this was still part of it as long as the daily quests were available to be completed. (By completing Taming Azeroth I have beaten most if not all of the tamers on the list from the longest day.)

The Pandarian tamers appear to all have daily reset (and the Draenor ones have their weekly reset although I know they are not part of this achievement) but the ones from Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms do not reset and don't register as completed or they expire but with no daily available to let you complete again for the achievement "the longest day".
