buying profession-specific items with vote points

if it's possible, make items from the vote shop send-able only to characters who can actually use it at the time of sending, my reason for this suggestion is because i've purchased a blingtron 4000 from there on a character who doesnt have engineering, so i'm unable to use it at all. i was dumb and didnt look before confirming to send, i'm not asking for my points back, it would just be nice that it gives a warning saying this character cannot use it so it cant be sent, so other people dont do the same mistake

edit: or make items that are soulbound account-bound instead, that would also be fine since it would be possible to send it to another character that can use it on same account

yeah i know it is, i said that in my post.

That means implementing a new feature to ALL existing items which might depend or not on what the current character's profession, waste of time. Easier to see all the related item info before purchase.
