can't return up to Fel hammer

Hello, my problem is this: I was doing a quest in fel hammer when I felt and got stuck so I tried using the heartsone which sent me back to the basecamp and I'm stuck there. I can't go back to Fel hammer to finish my quests and when I try to speak with the NPC who allows you to fly up there, it doesn't allow me to do so just says "greetings". Please can you help me or send me back to Fel Hammer? my char name: nicolitaa.

Ok, so you sent my char to Dalaran but the thing is that I can't find a portal to Fel Hammer in there so my problem still being the same. Where can I find a portal to there? It is supposed to be in an island floating just off the krasus landing but it isn't. Help please.

Go over to the broken edge of Krasus' Landing, jump off & glide over to the little island. The portal that you initially opened takes you back to the Fel Hammer.

yeah but I haven't opened any portal, Admins just teleported me to Dalaran and I want to go back to fel hammer to finish my quests. This is the only portal I can see there on the island and it sends you to Dalaran again.

I have the same problem, i can't continoue my chain quest, i was stuck and used HS and now i am back in shattered abyss, need to get back in fel hammer.

Hello guys. I encountered the same problem. I did not finish the quests from the starting point of Demon Hunters and I OF COURSE went other ways and now I cannot go back to Fel Hammer and finish everything I have to finish and open that portal and stuff

Could you please help me with this? My charachters name is Sophiek.

P.S. I did glide to that Island jjumping from the Dalaran flying spot (I am sorry..I cannot remember name of locations and stuff) but I cannot see the portal bcause I didn't open it through the quest.
