celestials drop

it must be made clear to everyone, that the celestials don't drop another item once defeated, even if you don't get item

i do celestials from all of my off chars, and i see mostly same players even after i tell them about the dropping conditions

once a celestials boss is down, you get CD (see .loot_cd) even if you get or not item, and this CD lasts until next friday. Most people don't know AND don't understand this.
