is there any reason why i cant see any of my characters on my forum acc so i can send items from the vote shop?

Hi Smashman!

Just to clarify things - the forum account and your game account are seperate. They aren't connected in any way. Please log in here with your in-game account (same credentials as you use to enter the game) to claim and/or spend your vote points.

i have logged in there. when i click on the character list panel it says you have 0 characters on this account. 0 visible and 0 deleted. how do i fix that?

I can see your characters on your account very well in the website, but I've also noticed you have several accounts. Are you logging in with the right account? Make sure you're using the exact same credentials as you use to log into the game.
