cloudburst tottem is best talten for raids and keys but problem is its overhealing fulltarget players not injured players
this totem healing all INJURED allies in 40yard for 25% all of healing done while it was active but its doesn work
cloudburst overhealing ppl in raids not injured
well i cant record video from my gameplay but its so easy to test it
