Details: (optional) : I looted he chest and selected the burden of eternity. clicked accepted and got the coins, but I did not get the burden in my bag, I went to click and open the loot once again and was shocked to see the chest wasn't there anymore, I was informed that I will not get this back and was asked to raise a ticket, this is where I was redirected to get the item back. Could you kindly assist me with this issue?
