Details: (optional) We went to the Ordos Sanctuary to open up the big chest.But when we arrived almost 40 player started looting it and when I tried to open it it was saying that "somebody else is already looting the chest wait until he finishes loot it.So I wait and after about 3-4 minute I tried to loot it but it'd already gone and I got nothing altought it should have give me a burden with 100% dropp.I hope you can check that I've never got burden and here is some pictures about it.
