BWD 10 HC got bugged.

Hello! I'm asking for GM help. Today we just organized a 10H BWD raind formed entirely of guild members. None of us had cd for BWD 10H, cuz in our guild it's prohibited to lock main chars with pug. We have killed magmaw for the first try, then we noticed that Malo/Chimaeron just gone from the instance. Their room is empty. We have tried to join the raid with an alt to see whether he can accept the ID or not. He could, but only for 1 boss,Magmaw. So it means that Magmaw is the only dead boss inside, others are alive too. But we cant see Malo and Chim, only the Def System. Question is: What to do now? We want these bosses, we are progressing HC, and we need their loot. Thanks for help in advance!

This bug appeared like one week ago, it's really a mystery bug, we have absolutely no idea WHY does this happend, however we only found out last night so we didn't really have time to investigate.

Is it possible to spawn the boss for us, or we just have to wait for the bug to be solved?
