Baghete poloneze cu ciuperci – Ingrediente (2 portii)
•2 baghete lungi de 12 cm (reteta in curand pe blog)
•300 g mix ciuperci proaspete/congelate
•1 ceapa medie
•1 lingura ulei de masline
•1 lingura rondele ardei gras rosu mic
•1 lingura rondele ardei gras verde mic
•150 g branza gouda/cheddar
•1/2 lingurita mica rasa sare
•1/2 lingurita mica rasa piper
•2 lingurite chives
•ketchup (optional)

Baghete poloneze cu ciuperci – Mod de preparare
•Eu am folosit un mix de ciuperci congelate (hribi, ghebe si champignon).
•In cazul in care folosim un mix de ciuperci proaspete, le stergem cu un o carpa de bumbac umeda, apoi le taiem in bucatele potrivite. Dupa ce le punem in tigaie, adaugam cca 50 ml apa calda si amestecam bine.
•Decongelam ciupercile si le scurgem bine. Curatam ceapa, o spalam si o taiem in rondele subtiri. Spalam ardeii, ii stergem si ii taiem in rondele subtiri.
•Punem uleiul intr-o tigaie antiaderenta si cand s-a incalzit, adaugam ceapa si ardeii. Le sotam 1 minut, pe foc mediu, apoi adaugam ciupercile taiate in cubulete potivite. Adaugam sare si piper proaspat macinat si le amestecam. Le sotam 4-5 minute sau pana cand apa lasata de ciuperci se evapora in totalitate. Consistenta finala a ciupercilor trebuie sa fie al dente. Stingem focul si lasam ciupercile sa se raceasca complet.
•Taiem baghetele in doua, pe lungime si asezam pe fiecare jumatate de bagheta, cate 2 linguri de ciuperci sotate.
•Acoperim ciupercile cu un strat generos de branza gouda/cheddar
•Punem chiflele intr-o tava si le gratinam, in cuptorul preincalzit la 200°C, pentru 5 minute sau pana cand se topeste branza.
•Servim baghetele poloneze calde, cu ketchup sau chives tocat
