10 tuburi de cannelloni (pentru un vas de 20/20 cm)
100-150 g mozzarella proaspata

250 g branza de vaci
100 g telemea
1 ou
1 lingura smantana
sare si piper
fulgi de ardei iute
busuioc proaspat
cateva frunze de cimbru verde
marar

Punem toate ingredientele intr-un vas si le mixam cu blenderul vertical pana obtinem o crema fina de branza.

Pentru sos Bechamel:

50 g unt
2 linguri faina
400 ml lapte
nucsoara
sare si piper

Untul il topim la foc mic, dam deoparte de pe foc si adaugam faina amestecand continuu, sa nu se formeze cocoloase. Desfacem compozitia turnand laptele cate putin. Omogenizam, condimentam dupa gust cu sare, piper si nucsoara. Punem vasul din nou pe foc si fierbem pana incepe sa se ingroase. Se lasa la racit.

Crema de branza o punem intr-un posh sau intr-o punga mai groasa, apoi umplem tuburile de cannelloni. E mai usor si mai rapid asa, decat cu lingura.


Asezam pastele umplute intr-un vas termorezistent uns cu ulei de masline, turnam uniform deasupra sosul Bechamel si acoperim apoi cu un strat generos de mozzarella.

Dam la cuptor la foc mediu pentru vreo jumatate de ora, pana se rumeneste usor deasupra.
