Cerere plugin

Am si eu nevoie de un plugin pentru cs, nu stiu cum se numeste dar stiu unele chestii din el.
T: Cand planteaza tero bomba scrie in hud cu galben-portocaliu pe mijlocul ecranului sau mai sus.
Exemplu: SamDude is planting the bomb !
Cand bomba e plantata, scrie tot in hud.
Exemplu: SamDude planted the bomb !
CT: Si cand CT vrea sa scoata bomba scrie in hud
Exemplu: SamDude is defusing the bomb !
Iar cand bomba este scoasa scrie in hud
Exemplu: SamDude defused the bomb

Poate cineva sa ma ajute va rog ?
