Ingrediente:

300 de grame carne vita,
1 ceapa,
3linguri de orez,
1ou,
1lingurita rasa de paprika dulce,
1morcov mare,
1 ardei gras rosu,
1/2 telina mica,
1/2 radacina de patrunjel,
o rosie mare decojita,
150 grame smantana,
patrunjel,
sare,
piper,
acrita dupa gust

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca carnea tocata bine cu orezul spalat si scurs de apa, galbenusul se va amesteca cu smantana, patrunjel taiat marunt, sare, piper si paprika dulce.


Cu maimile umede formam mici bilute rotunde din compozitia de carne.


Dupa ce spalam bine legumele, le taiem cubulete, apoi adaugam apasi lasam sa fiarba.


Dupa ce a dat in cateva clocote, punem si perisoarele si mai lasam la fiert 20 minute, dupa care adaugam si rosia cojita si taiata cuburi mici.


Dupa 5 minute oprim focul si adaugam verdeata.


Galbenusurile le punem intr-un bol impreuna cu smantana si amestecam bine.


Peste aceasta compozitie turnam foarte usor 2 polonice de ciorba fierbinte si amestecam.


Acrim cu bors sau zeama de lamaie, dupa gust.
