Ingrediente Ciulama de gasca cu ciuperci
2 pulpe de gasca, 20 g faina, 50 gr unt, 50 ml ulei, 500 ml supa (obtinuta de la fierberea pulpelor si legume), 1 ceapa, 1 morcov, 50 ml smantana, 4 ciuperci , sare si piper dupa gust, 1/2 legatura patrunjel proaspat.

Mod de preparare Ciulama de gasca cu ciuperci
Pulpele se fierb cca 1 ora la foc mic , apoi adaugam ceapa , morcovul (legumele se fierb intregi ) si o lingurita rasa de sare.
Cand carnea este fiarta, se strecoara supa intr-un bol.
Intr-o cratita se topeste untul , se adauga faina si se amesteca cca 1 min (fara sa se rumeneasca), se stinge apoi cu supa fierbinte, adaugata trepatat si se amesteca pana obtinem o consistenta uniforma. Dupa cateva clocote cratita se ia de pe foc , se adauga smantana, sare si piper dupa gust.
Separat intr-o tigaie se incinge uleiul si prajim ciupercile taiate felii, cateva minute, pana devin aurii.
Pulpele de gasca se adauga in sos , se adauga ciupercile si decoram cu morcov fiert, dupa imaginatie.
Ciulamaua de gasca cu ciuperci se serveste fierbinte cu patrunjel si mamaliguta calda.
Dupa preferinta se poate servi cu zeama de lamaie.
