Deci am win7 X64 si 4gb ram , din care nui arata pe toti usable

cum fac sami puna toti 4gb de rami disponibili ?

stai chill ca nu e nimic de rau.
acei 1gb cached sunt defapt o metoda pentru windows de securitate.
cum sa-ti explic.... adica cum ar fi o lupta.. isi pastreaza un anumit numar pentru cand va fi nevoie.
adica tu daca vei rula ceva mai complex si va trece de 3gb acei 1gb vor intra si ei in "priza" nu sunt nefolositi ci doar in stand by

dar daca vrei neaprat sa-i pui sa fie toti pregatiti de "lupta" si sa nu mai ai 1gb cached fa asa:
dar nu-ti recomand sa faci asta

proprietatile sistemului (adica click dr pe my computer) -> advanced sub "performance" dai click pe settings go la advanced
sub "virtual memory" vezi.. si dai click pe change
si verifica daca e "no paging file" si dai click pe "set"
acum dai ok si dai un rr

Intra in bios si cauta vreo optiune Memory Remap si activeaz-o.

Daca nu ai, e cam nasol. Porneste programul Resource Monitor (e de la Win7) si uite-te la Memory la Physical Memory, fa un screenshot, ceva de genul:

Nu, chiar ai 1GB RAM pe care nu il poti folosi. Citeste ma tot postul meu anterior

Uite ce am gasit pe un forum, in legatura cu aceasi problema ca si a ta:
