2 dovlecei

400 grame carne toccata

2 linguri cascaval ras

Sare,piper

Marar,patrunjel

Dovleceii se taie in doua pe lung.

Cu o lingura se scot semintele si o parte din pulpa.

Se umplu cu carnea toccata amestecata cu sare si piper si se pune deasupra cascavalul ras.

Se coc la 180 pana sunt gata.

Deasupra se presara marar si patrunjel.
