Ingrediente

4 gulii.
Umplutura: 300 gr carne tocata, 50 gr orez, miez de gulii fiert, sare, piper, patrunjel verde.
Sos: 3 rosii decojite, sare, 30 ml ulei, patrunjel.

Preparare

Guliile se spala , se sterg cu un servet, se decojesc ,se scobesc cu multa grija apoi fiecare gulie se presara cu sare. Miezul se fierbe intr-un vas separat cu apa si sare. Intr-o tigaie calim ceapa tocata marunt, adaugam miezul guliilor fiert si maruntit, orezul. Lasam pe foc cca 3 minute amestecand continuu, apoi se ia vasul de pe foc si adaugam carnea tocata. Potrivim de sare, piper, adaugam verdeata si amestecam pana obtinem o compozitie omogena. Intr-un vas termorezistent punem uleiul, sare, 300-400 ml apa firbinte, 3 rosii decojite si taiate rondele. Guliile se umplu cu compozitia obtinuta, se pun in acest sos si se introduc in cuptorul incalzit. Mare atentie: trebuie sa avem un vas potrivit astfel incat guliile sa fie de 3 sferturi in sos, ca sa se patrunda. Cand guliile au fiert, si sosul a scazut, se scot din cuptor si se pot servi. In sosul format adaugam patrunjel taiat fin.

Servire

Se servesc calde, dupa preferinta cu smantana. Sunt o bunatate.
