Ingrediente Iahnie de fasole
500 grame fasole, 1 ceapa, 2 catei usturoi, 1 morcov, 5 linguri sos de rosii cu ardei, 3 linguri ulei, sare, piper dupa gust , patrunjel verde.



Mod de preparare Iahnie de fasole
Fasolea se pune la inmuiat in apa rece , de seara.
A doua zi , fasolea se fierbe, in 2-3 ape.
Pana se fierbe fasolea , pregatim sosul.
Intr-o cratita mai mare se pune in ulei incins – ceapa, morcovul si usturoiul
(taiate marunt).
Se calesc cateva minute apoi stingem cu ultima apa de la fasole.
Adaugam sosul de rosii cu ardei si se fierbe pana cand legumele sunt patrunse si s-a format un sos consistent.
Se adauga sare si piper dupa gust , se mai lasa sa fiarba 2-3 minute apoi se ia de pe foc.
Iahnia de fasole se serveste cu patrunjel taiat marunt.
