INGREDIENTE:
1/2 borcan mustar clasic
1/4 l ulei
zeama de lamaie dupa gust
sare

Modul de preparare e exact la fel ca pentru orice maioneza.Adica, se freaca mustarul cu uleiul si zema de lamaie cu mixerul.Uleiul se toarna in fir subtire.

Se poate pune la sfarsit ,daca e nevoie un iaurt mai slab.
