Ingrediente – Mini checuri de carne (4 bucati)
•500 g carne tocata de vita
•2 felii de paine alba (fara coaja)
•2 oua
•2 linguri ulei de masline
•50 ml vin alb demisec/apa calda
•1 ardei gras verde
•1 ceapa mica
•2 catei usturoi
•1/2 dovlecel mediu
•1 morcov mic
•250 g rosii cuburi Sunfood
•sare
•piper
•oregano
•parmezan ras

Mod de preparare
•Curatam legumele (ardeiul, ceapa, usturoiul, dovlecelul,morcovul) si le taiem in cubulete mici.
•Incalzim uleiul intr-o tigaie antiaderenta si adaugam legumele. Le sotam la foc mediu, circa 2 minute, apoi adaugam vinul. Cand alcoolul s-a evaporat complet, adaugam rosiile si amestecam pe foc mic inca 2-3 minute. Stingem focul si le lasam sa se raceasca.

Legume si rosii pentru mini checuri
•Amestecam carnea tocata cu ouale, feliile de paine inmuiate in lapte si stoarse bine si mixul de legume si rosii. Condimentam cu sare, piper, oregano si amestecam pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.

Amestec carne tocata pentru mini checuri
•Tapetam formele de mini checuri cu putin ulei si pesmet si le umplem cu carnea tocata.
•Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru circa 30-35 de minute. Cu 10 minute inainte de a le scoate din cuptor, adaugam pe deasupra fiecarui chec cate 1 lingura de rosii cuburi zdrobite cu furculita si cu 1 lingura de parmezan ras. Le lasam inca 10 minute in cuptor, apoi le scoatem si le lasam sa se raceasca putin.
•Le scoatem cu grija din forme si le servim.
