Ingrediente

Blat:
3 oua
3 linguri indulcitor natural Green Sugar
3 linguri faina
1 lingura ulei
un varf de lingurita praf de copt
1 lingura cacao neagra
esenta de vanilie
Crema de branza:
850 g branza de vaci
200-250 g indulcitor Green Sugar (dupa preferinta)
3 oua
esenta de vanilie
coaja de portocala confiata
Mod de preparare Negresa cu branza, fara zahar:

Crema de branza:

Branza o punem intr-un castron impreuna cu restul ingredientelor si mixam totul cu blenderul vertical pana obtinem o crema fina.

in cazul in care branza este prea uscata puteti adauga si 1-2 linguri de smantana sau inca 1 ou
puteti aroma cu orice alta aroma va place voua
Crema de branza o turnam in tava bine unsa cu unt si nivelam.

Blat:

Separam albusurile de galbenusuri. Albusurile le batem spuma tare cu un praf de sare, la viteza maxima a mixerului. Cand spuma s-a intarit bine adaugam indulcitorul Green Sugar si mixam pana spuma devine densa si lucioasa. Spuma de albusuri trebuie sa se tina bine de paletele mixerului.

Separat frecam galbenusurile cu uleiul si esenta de vanilie, pana obtinem o emulsie stabila. Aceasta emulsie o turnam peste albusuri.

Faina o cernem impreuna cu praful de copt si cacaoa peste compozitia de oua. Dam mixerul deoparte si amestecam totul cu o spatula, usor, cu miscari de jos in sus.

Compozitia o turnam in tava peste crema de branza.
