Ouale se bat foarte bine cu putina sare si piper. Adaugam mozzarella taiata cubulete, telemeaua sfaramata cu furculita si spanacul taiat grosier. Omogenizam.

Intr-un vas (20/20 cm) tapetat cu hartie de copt punem rosia taiata felii, apoi turnam deasupra compozitia pentru omleta.


Dam la cuptor la foc mediu pentru vreo 20 de minute, pana compozitia se leaga si incepe sa se rumeneasca.
