Ingrediente
Orez cu spanac si peste afumat

250 gr orez cu bob rotund, 500 -600 ml apa fierbinte, 500 gr spanac proaspat, 1 morcov, 1 ceapa, 1 file macrou afumat , 2 linguri ulei, sare si piper dupa gust.




Mod de preparare
Orez cu spanac si peste afumat

Spanacul se spala bine, se opareste, se clateste cu apa rece apoi se scurge bine de apa si se taie marunt.
Intr-o cratita se incinge uleiul , adaugam morcovul si ceapa taiate marunt.
Se calesc cateva minute apoi adaugam spanacul si amestecam. Se lasa legumele la calit inca 4-5 min, amestecand periodic.
Adaugam orezul , amestecam apoi turnam apa fierbinte si se lasam pana incepe sa fiarba. Cand incepe sa fiarba amestecam usor si adaugam sare si piper, dupa gust.
Se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic cca 10 min pana observam ca bobul incepe sa se umfle.
Adaugam pestele taiat cubulete ,amestecam, inchidem focul , punem capacul la cratita si lasam cca 30-50 min, fara sa amestecam.
Dupa acest timp orezul absoarbe cam toata apa si vom obtine un orez bob cu bob , nu terci.
Se serveste cald alaturi de salata.
