Ingrediente

1 pachet aluat de foietaj
Pentru umplutura:
~500 g branza de vaci
2 oua
100 g zahar (sau mai mult, dupa cum va place de dulce)
1 lingura zahar pudra aromat cu lamaie
Pentru uns:
1 galbenus
2-3 linguri lapte
Mod de preparare:

Aluatul se dezgheata la temperatura camerei, dar nu de tot, altfel devine foarte greu de lucrat cu el.

Intr-un castron amestecam branza de vaci cu ouale si zaharul. Amestecam pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.

Daca va plac, puteti adauga in umplutura si cateva stafide.

Intindem aluatul, apoi pe una din margini punem o fasie de branza. Rulam aluatul atat cat sa acoperim branza si sa obtinem un rulou. Taiem ruloul cu un cutit bine ascutit sau cu un cuter.

Repetam operatiunea pana terminam aluatul. Si branza, evident! -

Fiecare rulou il portionam in functie de cat de mari sau mici dorim sa facem pateurile.


Le punem in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, le ungem cu galbenus de ou desfacut cu putin lapte si dam la cuptor la foc mediu spre mare, pana se rumenesc.

Se servesc calde sau reci
