Ingrdiente:
•500 gr piept de curcan
•2 fire groase praz
•lapte
•apa
•faina
•sare
•piper
•sos worcester
•un pahar vin rosu
•sofran

Curatam prazul de foile verzi exterioare si il spalam f bine. Il taiem rondele si il punem la calit in putin ulei (ideal ar fi sa il calim intr-un wok care este mai inalt) pentru vreo 5 minute la foc mediu amestecand mereu,
Amestecam o cescuta de lapte cu o cescuta de apa si adaugam treptat peste praz pana se patrunde complet, Condimentam , iar in momentul in care este complet patruns stingem focul si il lasam sa stea acoperit.

Pieptul de curcan/pui il taiem in fasiute si il imbracam bine in faina amestecata cu sare, piper si sofran,
Il punem la prajit intr-o tigaie mare cu vreo 2- 3 linguri ulei si il intoarcem pe toate partile pana se patrunde. Adaugam 1-2 linguri de sos worcester si paharul de vin rosu. Lasam sa se evapore tot alcoolul dupa care amestecam pieptul cu prazul . Mai lasam cateva minute pe foc ca sa se amestece bine . Adaugam cateva firicele de praz crud si servim.
