Ingrediente

1 kg piept de pui, 50 ml ulei, sare, piper,
Pentru sote: 250 gr mazare din conserva, 40 gr unt , sare, verdeata.

Preparare

Pieptul de pui se portioneaza si se prajeste in ulei la foc mic pe ambele parti.Cand este gata se adauga sare si piper dupa gust.
Separat se pregateste mazarea sote: intr-o tigaie punem untul sa se topeasca, se adauga mazarea din conserva si amestecam usor. Se tine pe foc mic cca 5 min, dupa acest timp adaugam marar verde tocat marunt, sare si piper dupa gust. Pe platou langa pieptul de pui se adauga mazarea sote si presaram verdeata.

Servire

Se serveste cald.
