1 bucata pulpa de porc (850 g)

1/2 capatana usturoi
2 linguri ulei
busuioc, cimbru, oregano
chilli iute
sare si piper

150 g bacon feliat

1 pahar de vin alb

Pulpa de porc se spala si se curata de pielite si grasime, daca are prea multa.

Usturoiul se piseaza, se adauga sare si piper dupa gust, apoi uleiul. Amestecam usor pana obtinem o emulsie stabila. Cu aceasta emulsie ungem pulpa de porc si o masam bine pe toate partile.

Intr-un castronel amestecam busuiocul cu cimbru, chilli iute si oregano, cate jumatate de lingurita din fiecare. Acest amestec de ierburi il presaram uniform peste carne.


Pulpa astfel condimentata o invelim in felii subtiri de bacon, apoi o legam bine bine cu sfoara alimentara. Punem intr-un vas termorezistent, punem cativa cartofi pe langa si o capatana de usturoi necuratata si taiata in jumatate, pentru un plus de savoare. Turnam vinul, presaram cu putin chilli iute si cimbru, acoperim vasul cu folie de aluminiu (sau capac) si dam la cuptor la foc mediu.


Dupa vreo 30-40 de minute scoatem folia si lasam pana se rumeneste frumos deasupra.

Se lasa sa se racoreasca, apoi se feliaza cu un cutit foarte bine ascutit.

Se serveste alaturi de cartofii din tava si un sos in functie de preferinta. In pagina culinara a site-ului Diva Hair, veti gasi cateva retete de sosuri delicioase.
