Ingrediente
300 gr carne tocata de porc
200 gr carne tocata miel
1 ceapa mica tocata fin (cca 30 gr)
2 catei usturoi striviti
1/4 lingurita piper
1 lingurita boia dulce
1 lingurita sare
6 rasnite chili fulgi
50 ml apa minerala
1 lingurita rasa bicarbonat de sodiu
Mod de preparare
Framantam toate ingredientele pana la chili. Cand totul e bine omogenizat adaugam bicaronatul si apa minerala si amestecam iar pana apa este absorbita in carne. Dam pasta obtinuta la frigider pentru minim 4 ore sau peste noapte.
Formam micii.
Ii prajim pe oala grill cu abur la foc mediu spre mic. Se prajesc cam 15 minute pe o parte si apoi cca 10 minute pe cealalata parte. Se servesc calzi, cu mustar.
