Ingrediente

700 gr carne de pui (6 pulpe dezosate)
1 ardei gras rosu
1 ceapa mare
2 catei usturoi
1 ardei iute (optional)
1/2 conserva de rosii (de 400 gr)
1/2 legatura patrunjel
2 lingurite rase adobo (sau 1 lingurita oregano uscat + 1/4 lingurita chimion/cumin macinat)
1 cana bere blonda
3 linguri ulei
sare

Mod de preparare

Se mixeaza in robot ceapa, ardeiul gras, ardeiul iute, usturoiul, rosiile si patrunjelul pana devin pasta.
* daca nu aveti robot macinati legumele in masina de tocat carne sau dati-le pe razatoare
In uleiul incins se prajeste carnea pe ambele parti pana se rumeneste. Se scoate carnea pe o farfurie.
In locul ei, in oala, adaugati pasta de legume si caliti-o timp de 10 minute.
Puneti carnea inapoi in oala si condimentati tocanita cu adobo si sare dupa gust. Adaugati berea, amestecati bine si lasati sa fiarba fara capac, la foc mediu timp de 15 minute. Puneti capacul pe oala si mai fierbeti la foc mic inca 30 minute.
Serviti cald cu orez fiert, piure de cartofi sau cartofi natur.
