Ingrediente – Rulada de Carne Tocata
•500 gr carne vita
•500 gr carne vitel
•50 gr parmezan
•6 oua
•100 gr miez de paine inmuiat in lapte
•sare
•piper
•marar
•patrunjel
•frunze telina
•1 ceapa
•5 catei usturoi
•pesmet
•ulei
•nucsoara (optional)

Mod de preparare
•Amestecam carnea tocata cu 2 oua, verdeata tocata marunt, parmezanul ras, miezul de paine inmuiat in lapte si stors bine, ceapa si usturoiul date prin razatoare, sare si piper.
•Intindem amestecul de carne intr-o foaie dreptunghiulara, groasa de 2-3 cm, pe o foaie de aluminiu. In centrul dreptunghiului de carne asezam ouale fierte tari.
•Cu ajutorul foliei formam un rulou pe care-l invelim in folie si-l bagam in frigider 45 minute.
•Dupa 45 minute il scoatem din folie, il tavalim bine bine prin pesmet, cu mare grija ca nu cumva sa-l rupem.
•Incingem 2 linguri cu ulei intr-o tigaie incapatoare si adaugam rulada. O prajim cate 4-5 minute pe fiecare parte.
•Scoatem rulada din tigaie si o asezam intr-o tava incapatoare in care adaugam inca 2 linguri cu ulei.
•Coacem rulada de carne tocata in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C, pentru 45 de minute. In timpul coacerii, ii ungem suprafata, o data la 15 minute, cu sosul format in tava.
•Dupa ce s-a rumenit uniform, il scoatem din cuptor, il lasam cca 5-10 minute sa se raceasca, apoi il feliem si il servim.
•Simplu si delicios.
