300 g cascaval
200 g somon afumat file

Punem un vas cu apa la fiert. Cand da in clocot stingem focul si punem calupul de cascaval pe care l-am invelit in folie alimentara. Il lasam in apa pentru vreun sfert de ora, timp in care se va inmuia.

Scoatem din apa, punem pe o alta bucata de folie alimentara si intindem usor cu sucitorul pana obtinem o foaie de cca 0.5 cm grosime. Acoperim intreaga suprafata a foii de cascaval cu feliile de somon afumat, apoi rulam cat mai strans posibil. Invelim in folie si dam la frigider pana se intareste, apoi se portioneaza.
