INGREDIENTE:

4 cani suc de roºii
2 linguri fainaã de porumb dizolvatã în puþinã apã rece
1 lingura praf de chimen
1 lingura pasta de usturoi ºi ghimbir
1 lingura lapte
sare
piper

PREPARARE:

Se combinã toate ingredientele, mai puþin laptele, într-o oalã ºi se dau în fiert.

Se lasã la foc mic 5 minute.

Se adaugã laptrele ºi se mai lasã la foc mic încã 5 minute.
