Salatã cu burtã de vitã

Ingrediente
3 morcovi
5-6 catei de usturoi
900 g burta
Otet
Ulei
Sare
Sos soia

Mod de preparare
Se spala bine burta se pune in apa cu Otet peste noapte.


Se pune burta la fiert 2-3ore (puteti sari pasii acestia daca cumparati burta prefiarta).


Se curata morcovii si usturoiul apoi se dau pe razatoare.


Se adauga burta dupa ce raceste in prealabil si taie fideluta.


Se asesoneaza cu sare, piper, ulei (de masline de preferat), sos de soia.


Se poate face picant prin adugare de ardei iute taiat feliute.


Se serveste rece
