Spaghete chinezesti

Ingrediente
de obicei se folosesc legume dupa preferinta
eu am folosit o cutiuta cu ciuperci
2 cepe
2-3 morcovi
2-3 ardei grasi
codite de telina
sos soia
sare si piper dupa gust
un pachet de spaghete fierte si clatite

Mod de preparare
Legumele sunt feliate foarte subtire.


Intr-o tigaie mai intinsa, cu putin ulei calim legumele la foc mai mare, legumele noastre nu trebuie sa se inmoaie foarte tare.


Mestecam mereu sa nu se arda. Saram si piperam. Iar la urma punem citeva linguri de sos soia (dupa dorinta).


Turnam legumele peste spaghetele fierte si e gata.
