Strange bug

My char is bugged(When i log on him everyhing freezes but the others see me talking moving etc.,and i don't see it its like screen freeze but i can move and when i go to new zones their names appear like when im playing but i can't do anything,not even to cast or something my char is called Orcfappinn and this problem is only on him,if you can delete him and give me new one lvl like his and some basic items i would love that,or if you can find any solution.I tryed to download your client from the site and again the same bug and only on him if someone can help please tell me how to fix it.
